SA国际传媒 signs MoU with Institute of Customer Management

SA国际传媒 and the Chartered Institute of Customer Service Management (CICM) have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

This agreement ensures that members and staff of CICM will be guaranteed a generous scholarship through Unicaf鈥檚 Corporate Scholarship Scheme to study for Bachelor鈥檚, Master鈥檚 or Doctoral degrees from SA国际传媒. In addition, the MoU facilitates the promotion of joint research and capacity building between the two organisations.聽

CICM Board Vice Chairperson, Mr Brian Silungwe met with SA国际传媒 Vice-Chancellor, Dr Christine Phiri Mushibwe for the official signing at the university campus boardroom in front of delegates and representatives from both institutions. The Executive Director of CICM, Mr Dominic Manhundu described the MoU as a demonstration of his institutes鈥 willingness to seek out affiliate relationships that provide the institution with the tools to identify challenges and opportunities in the customer service sector.

SA国际传媒鈥檚 Vice Chancellor, Dr Christine Phiri Mushibwe added that the MoU could also lead to research collaborations and joint seminars and conferences as well as 鈥榬esearch funding applications on areas of mutual interest.鈥 Whilst SA国际传媒 Zambia Business Manager, Mr Anthony Chanda had this to say, 鈥淭he opportunity for the development of a customer service diploma and degree programme is also a possibility.鈥澛
